The IG Game™

1-Day IG Readiness Package.

Sometimes it can save time and effort to bring experts in from outside your organisation to help produce results more rapidly. We have trained IG facilitators who will spend a day with you and your team to provide real practical help.

Our facilitator will:

Work with key team members to assess your current level of IG attainment
Play The IG Game™ with the whole team (up to 14 people for between 60 & 90 minutes)
Facilitate an IG workshop with key members of your team (60 - 90 minutes) to identify and
prioritise areas for improvement
Then help you to build a realistic and achievable improvement plan for your practice
Give you 1 copy of The IG Game™ kit to help keep IG at the front of your mind

The IG Game™ is aimed at all levels of staff within a GP practice or pharmacy and is designed to:

Demystify the jargon
Challenge current working practices.
Root IG standards in everyday activities
Provide a forum to explore the issues raised
Increase knowledge and understanding in an informal and interactive way - which by default will
gain a minimum of level 2 for particular requirements of the IG toolkit assessment
(Requirements 8620 and 8621).
Encourage team working
Identify areas for further learning and action

Our 1 Day IG Readiness Program costs £800 plus VAT. All areas of mainland UK are covered.
