The Change Game
Properly managed face-to-face discussions
between small groups of colleagues are a very powerful
catalyst for change. In order to bring people together
and give them a framework for discussion we developed
a scenario-based board game, The Change Game.
The Change Game allows groups of between 8 and
12 people to sit around a table with a trained facilitator
for 60 minutes and play an enjoyable and competitive
team game.
The Change Game presents the teams with a series of
scenario questions which are answered and debated. These
questions stimulate powerful and emotionally charged
discussions about the issues. This forces the players
to ignore their daily distractions and look at their
organisation and their role from different viewpoints.
The Change Game generates a huge amount of energy, creativity
and humour in a short time. This is the perfect springboard
for a series of high intensity workshops that allow
players to explore the issues in much greater detail.
Games and workshops can be played singly or several
can run simultaneously in the same room or venue. This
makes it ideal for large meetings and conferences.
